Tank Calibration

  • Calibration

Calibration is the method by which the exact volume of the tank is calculated in line with specified measurement standards. Without accurate calibration tables, even the best gauging systems and the most accurate manual measurements are of little value. We are at the forefront of new developments in the tank calibration technology. Cutting-edge ProGauge 3D Laser Scan Automatic Tank Calibration enable the calibration of underground and over-ground tank with high accuracy and precision and keeping disruption to a minimum.

  • Technology

This solution uses state-of-the-art technology to accurately determine the exact volume of liquid in fuel tanks, producing a detailed representation of the inside of any underground and over-ground tanks, regardless of the presence of any flammable liquids or vapors. The 3D laser scanner is then able to automatically provide a precise strapping table, which once uploaded to the automatic tank gauge (“ATG”), provides an accurate and comprehensive reconciliation report of the fuel stock on site. The operation is safe, fast and causes a minimum of disruption to the site. In addition to providing a wide range of Fueling Solutions, we offer you the best local support available. When you choose Al-Dhafer, as your calibration partner, you can be sure of the highest degree of measurement accuracy, helping you to maintain client confidence and preventing costly errors.
